November 16, 2010 - The Department of Industry, Tourism and Investment is hosting a one day Outdoor Adventure Workshop in Inuvik on November 23, 2010.
The goal of the workshop is to generate ideas for diversifying or enhancing existing products, developing new products and expanding target markets for the Outdoor Adventure Operators. The objectives are to:
Bring together Outdoor Adventure tourism operators to discuss the issues impacting the performance and operations of their businesses.
Identify new or enhanced products and services that could be offered.
Identify obstacles and barriers to product development.
Identify new or expanded markets that could be targeted.
